Safer Sphere has been appointed to The Guinness Partnership’s national framework for Advisor and Principal Designer services.
Selected as one of six providers from almost 50 submissions, the appointment reflects the high standard required across the framework and strengthens Safer Sphere’s position in the public sector.
The framework supports a major social housing provider with a significant development pipeline and long-term investment in communities across the UK. Safer Sphere’s appointment covers national Principal Designer services, working alongside development, land and partnerships teams to support the safe and effective delivery of projects.
This appointment reflects a strong alignment with The Guinness Partnership’s focus on delivering great homes and reliable services for residents.
Our role within the framework is to support projects with clear direction from the outset, working closely with teams to manage risk in a practical and proportionate way.
That means being easy to work with, integrating into project teams, and bringing the right level of technical input where it matters. Translating requirements into clear actions, supporting consistent delivery, and helping teams move forward with confidence.
It’s an approach grounded in how we work day to day. Straightforward, collaborative, and focused on outcomes that stand up over time.
The Guinness Development Consultancy Framework provides a compliant route for other public sector organisations to access experienced Principal Designer support.
External users can engage with the framework through the Guinness procurement team, making it straightforward to appoint trusted consultants while maintaining compliance.
Safer Sphere is now preparing to support projects as they move through the pipeline, working alongside development, land and partnerships teams.
The team recently attended the Partnership Consultant Framework launch in London, meeting the wider Guinness team and gaining insight into upcoming opportunities.
The framework brings together experienced consultants to support projects from early design through to completion, helping to maintain quality, consistency and a strong focus on safety and risk management across the built environment.
“We’re delighted to be appointed to the Guinness framework. It reflects how we work in practice – clear, pragmatic and focused on getting things right early. We’re looking forward to supporting projects that deliver safe, well-managed developments and lasting value."
