Principal Designer Advisor and CDM Client Advisor

£4 billion

Manchester

2019 – 2030 (Ongoing)

Our Role

We’re proud to be supporting the delivery of Victoria North – the North of England’s largest urban regeneration programme. Acting as both Principal Designer Advisor and CDM Client Advisor, we’re working closely with Far East Consortium (FEC) and Manchester City Council to embed health, safety, and wellbeing across every stage of this ambitious, long-term transformation.

Project Activities & Initiatives

Spanning 155 hectares, the Victoria North programme will bring forward seven new neighbourhoods and deliver around 15,000 homes – a mix of high-quality private and affordable housing. The development supports Manchester’s continued growth while addressing its housing shortfall and creating vibrant, liveable communities close to the city centre.

Our team is actively involved in multiple key sites across the programme:

Victoria Riverside

Approx. 600 residential units near the River Irk

Collyhurst Village

244 homes and a new 1.3-hectare public park

MeadowSide

756 premium apartments, penthouses, and townhouses

New Cross Central

Part of the vision to revitalise brownfield land and deliver thousands of new homes

Each of these neighbourhoods is designed to integrate homes, green space, and thoughtfully planned public realm, contributing to a healthier and more inclusive urban environment.

The Results (Ongoing)

As the programme progresses, Victoria North is reshaping Manchester’s future. Through our continued involvement, we’re helping to ensure that this once-in-a-generation regeneration is delivered safely, sustainably, and with long-term community wellbeing in mind.

Complex stakeholder engagement and programme-wide coordination

Designing for long-term safety, wellbeing, and operational maintenance
