This significant development has reshaped Manchester’s skyline over the past four years. The project’s first phase, which includes 370 apartments, has been completed and is already sold out, marking a significant achievement. The remarkable 40-storey building, developed by Salboy and constructed by Domis Construction, is in the city’s heart.

Salboy spokesperson described the technically challenging project as one of the most demanding builds Manchester has ever seen. From a safety perspective, the project’s vicinity to listed rail arches and active rail and tram lines meant that Safer Sphere had to assist with complex operations and logistics strategies.
