Safer Sphere Welcomes Graham King as Associate Director of Building Safety

April saw us welcome Graham King as our new Associate Director of Building Safety, leading the delivery of Safer Sphere’s Building Safety Consultancy services. With over 22 years of experience in delivering Building Control services, Graham brings valuable knowledge and expertise around Building Safety, and the emerging Building Safety Act, to our team. 

Described as biggest change to building safety in a generation, the Building Safety Act 2022 will have a profound impact on the construction sector. The Act has wide ranging implications for the procurement, design, construction and management of all buildings, not just high-risk residential buildings.   

Graham will be keeping the Safer Sphere team up to date with all the developments aroudn the BSA, and will be available to answer any questions our clients may have about the Building Regulations or BSA compliance. 

Graham has started engaging with clients around the BSA, and is currently delivering a programme of CPD and seminar sessions covering various aspects of the legislation. These CPDs cover the BSA’s objectives, requirements and key provisions, as well as sharing practical insights on how professionals can ensure compliance with the Act. 

Graham’s experience in building safety, regulatory compliance and risk management will offer our clients an incredible resource to support their BSA compliance . We look forward to working with him and leveraging his expertise to enhance our services.
