Safer Sphere Thrilled to be Shortlisted for Digital Construction Awards' 'Digital Innovation in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing' Category

Safer Sphere is absolutely thrilled to announce our shortlist for the Digital Construction Awards in the category of ‘Digital Innovation in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing.’

This recognition is a testament to our exceptional work with HARM Zero on the Manchester Aquatics Centre project in collaboration with Manchester City Council and Kier Group North West.

The decision to implement HARM Zero in such a complex project was driven by the numerous challenges faced, including extensive plant requirements, site constraints, and the ongoing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Working alongside Kier and HoloBuilder, we integrated cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technology, revolutionizing risk identification within immersive 360-degree environments. Our innovative system facilitates enhanced information sharing, fosters collaboration on risk mitigation strategies, and seamlessly complements physical audits with virtual site walk-arounds.

With features like real-time visibility, cloud-based accessibility, and seamless integration of 360-degree VR views, Safer Sphere’s HARM Zero has truly transformed the landscape of design risk management.

Our anticipation is building for the awards ceremony in July and we will eagerly keep our fingers crossed!
