Deadline for those who own or manage residential buildings approaches next month.

The new Building Safety Regulator introduces compulsory registration for all high-rise residential buildings from April 2023.

 The Act places new legal duties upon all owners and managers of high-rise residential buildings in England.  

High-rise buildings are defined as 18 metres or more in height, or 7 storeys or more with at least two residential units.
