Our marketing assistant, Iona Fazer, is halfway through an 8-week comedy training program and is preparing to take to the stage on Sunday, November 11th, to raise funds for Safer Sphere’s charity partner – the PDA Society.

The event will take place at Hangar 34 in Liverpool, where she’ll perform a five-minute live comedy routine! With an anticipated crowd of 500, Iona is eager to write the perfect set.

“I’m going to be a bundle of nerves, but I’m looking forward to it!” confesses Iona.

So why is Iona taking on this daring endeavour?

She explains, “Safer Sphere is raising money to support this charity as we have a direct connection to PDA, just like everyone within the small team who runs it! The PDA Society is right at the frontline, providing invaluable resources and support to families affected. Their work is transformative, but they need our help.”
