Safer Sphere is delighted to reveal that we are working on the new ITV leisure attraction at the Lowry Outlet. The attraction will be the first of its kind and is due to be completed next year.
The strategic partnership with ITV is part of a wider masterplan and £26m regeneration of the Lowry into a leading leisure and retail destination that will also see the opening of a new waterside dining concept in 2020.
Safer Sphere is pleased to confirm our appointment on a new refurbishment project at Blackburn Hospital. The works will include road resurfacing on the car park, the refurbishment of ward B20, the refurbishment of the A&E resus and 4 new lift replacements. We are appointed in the role of Principal Designer Advisor to ENGIE.
Back in February, we shared the news of our appointed on the first phase development on First Street, Manchester, and we are delighted to reveal that we are continuing our support on the second stage of the development. Safer Sphere will be supporting the project in the roles of Principal Designer Advisors to Jon Matthews Architects and CDM Client Advisor to Ask Real Estate.
Safer Sphere delighted to have been appointed on the new City Residence Phase 2 project which will see the development of 80 residential apartments on Heriot Street in Liverpool. The development follows the award-winning first phase which won ‘Best Small New Home Development’ last year. Safer Sphere will be supporting Evolve Project Consultancy and Newregen Ltd in the roles of Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor.

Safer Sphere is pleased to see the works start on a series of Manchester Metropolitan University Student Hubs which will transform the student support services. We are delighted to be supporting 5Plus Architects on this project in the role of Principal Designer Advisor.
Safer Sphere has worked on multiple hospital projects both big and small, and we love to share these projects with our page followers. We are delighted to have been appointed on a lifecycle painting project at Calderdale Royal Hospital which involves painting and floor replacements within live hospital wards, offices and communal areas. Safer Sphere is acting as Principal Designer Advisor and CDM Client Advisor to ENGIE.
Safer Sphere is delighted to be continuing our support on the new Kingsmere Retail Park development formerly known as Bicester Gateway Retail Park, located on Oxford Road. Safer Sphere was appointed Prinicpal Designer Advisor to Leach Rhodes Walker through RIBA stages 1 -4 at the start of the year and is pleased to be continuing to support the project.
The development which will see the construction of a new retail park includes the construction of new retail units with associated external works. Safer Sphere will continue in the role of Prinicpal Designer Advisor to support Jehu Group through RIBA stages 5 – 7.

The project will see the construction of 2 speculative industrial units at the Aero Centre in Yorkshire and Safer Sphere will be supporting the development through RIBA stages 1 – 4 in the role of Principal Designer Advisor.
