Why work for us?

Safer Sphere is a multi-award-winning health and safety consultancy that cares about our clients and our employees.

Our people are the most important part of our business and the key to our success has been to offer a consultancy of knowledge and experience which is not something that can be purchased like a product. Our business relies on our qualified experts to deliver our CDM and Safety role and knowledgeable support staff and without them, there would be no business and therefore our objectives are directly linked to our people.

To this end, one of the biggest achievement has been the retention and progress of our team.  The APS introduced new professional membership criteria and graded “Certified” membership, an attainment that all our safety consultants have personally achieved. In addition, our demonstrable performance has allowed the company to achieve “Corporate Membership” with the APS, no small feat for a small business.

All our support staff supported and trained to the highest standard and every member of the team has the opportunity to further develop their career and progress throughout the company.

What do we offer?

To help retain only the best staff we operate a flexible working policy, and we understand the need of a good work-life balance. We operate a bonus incentive in the form of a profit share scheme to reward our staff for their contribution as well providing life cover which are just some of the great benefits of being a Safer Sphere employee.
